Switching to Level One takes just 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Open your new Level One Bank account and print the Switch Kit checklist.
Checklist - monitors and tracks account transfers in progress while keeping your personal information organized.
Step 2: Transfer or establish direct deposits and/or automatic payment deductions.
Automatic Payment Deduction Form - advises current payees to discontinue automatic payment deductions from your existing account and establish automatic payment deductions from your new Level One account.
Direct Deposit Sign-Up Form - authorizes the transfer of your payroll check direct deposit or other income from your current financial institution to your new Level One checking or savings account, or authorizes direct deposit of government checks (i.e. SocialSecurity)
Credit Payoff Form - notifies and authorizes your current creditors to use the enclosed funds to payoff credit card, loan or line of credit balances and close your account(s).
Step 3: Close your existing account
Account Closure Request Form - provides notice and authorization to your current financial institution to close your account(s) and issue a check for the remaining balance(s).
