Sign-up for Online Banking

Schedule Automatic Bill Payments with Online Bill Pay
Level One will submit payments for you electronically, whether it’s your monthly rent, car payment or credit card bill, we have you covered with Online Bill Pay. To sign-up for Online Bill Pay, login to your Online Banking account and select the tab ‘Sign-up for Bill Pay’. Once you’ve signed up, you can begin scheduling automatic payments and set e-mail alerts to notify you of new bill arrivals and reminders of upcoming due dates.1
Monitor Your Accounts by Establishing E-Alerts
Monitor your accounts by creating your own custom electronic alerts through Online Banking. Receive notification of specified activities on your accounts, such as low balances or check clearance. Alerts can be scheduled and received via your preference of text, e-mail, or Online Banking messages. To get started, login to your Online Banking account and click the tab ‘eAlerts’.2
How We Protect Your Confidential Information
We take the security of your personal and confidential information seriously. Using RSA Adaptive Authentication, we provide three powerful levels of security to guard your account access. The first and most basic level or protection requires the correct entry of your user ID and password. The second level of identification is the device used to login. If the computer, phone or tablet is not recognized, you will be required to answer a security challenge question to confirm your identity. The third level of authentication is based on geographic indicators. If a login attempt is made from a new geographic location, you may be asked to complete a security challenge question to confirm your identity.
1Payment can be scheduled up to 365 days from today’s date. When you enter a payment amount, Level One Bank automatically displays the earliest date the biller will receive the payment; you can accept that date or change it. For most bills, we can deliver your payment the next business day. If a company or person cannot receive electronic payments, Level One Bank will print and send a check to the billing address. If we send payment via check, it can take up to four days for your biller to receive it. 2Standard text message rates may apply via your mobile phone provider. Alerts are based upon the settings you establish as a customer. Alerts apply only to posted account transactions and there may be a delay of 24-48 business hours to receive event notification. Account alerts are offered as a tool to assist in tracking posted transactions and end of day balances, and is not to be used as a sole account reconciliation method or early notifications to deposit funds prior to reaching deficit balance status.
