Personal Online Banking Instructions
Beginning Monday, March 23, you will login to Online Banking by clicking the “Login” button from the top of any page on our website. Your Online Banking username remains the same from Ann Arbor State Bank. Your temporary password for first-time login is the last 4 digits of your SSN.
Business Online Banking Instructions

. Beginning Monday, March 23, you will login to Business Online Banking by clicking the “Login” button from the top of any page on our website. From the Login drop-down menu, select "Business Online Banking". Your Online Banking username remains the same from Ann Arbor State Bank. Keep in mind your login credentials are case sensitive. Your temporary password is all lowercase letters: levelone
. If you have a personal account, you must login separately to Personal Online Banking.
QuickBooks and Quicken Instructions

Online Bill Payment
Scheduled bill payments and payees should transfer automatically to Level One Bank, but we recommend logging in to Online Banking on or soon after March 24 to verify and ensure there is no disruption to future payments.
To download our mobile banking app, go to the App Store® or Google Play™ and search for Level One Bank. There are two mobile apps, one for Personal Banking
and one for Business Banking
. Be sure to download the correct app for your banking needs.
You should have received your new Level One Bank VISA® debit card in the mail mid-March. Follow the instructions in the card mailing to activate your card and begin using. If you did not receive a Level One Bank debit card, please contact your local banking center or call 248-737-0300 for assistance.
Your new bank routing number is 072414310, effective March 23. This number appears on your checks and is also used for electronic transactions to identify your financial institution as Level One Bank. Please confirm the new routing number is being used by all sources of automatic deposits and recurring wire transfers into your account, as well as recipients of automatic payments from your account.
You can continue to use Ann Arbor State Bank checks for your convenience, however, we strongly encourage you to order new Level One Bank checks as soon as possible. New checks can be ordered online or by contacting any of our banking centers.
You should have received your new Level One Bank VISA® credit card mid-March. Follow the instructions in the card mailing to activate your card and begin using. Your credit card number remains the same, along with your card limits, features and terms. If you did not receive a Level One Bank credit card, please contact your local banking center or call 248-737-0300 for assistance.
If you were enrolled in Ann Arbor State Bank eStatements, you will automatically be enrolled in eStatements at Level One Bank. You will no longer have access to Ann Arbor State Bank’s Online Banking including historical data and statements beginning March 23. If you need copies of past statements, please contact your local banking center. Future statements will arrive from Level One Bank as month-end statements and will include full statement cycles.
